Terms and Conditions of Vital Chiropraktik
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Mario Olarte San Juan (Doctor of Chiropractic) within the scope of the free trade “Humanenergetiker” (Energy Practitioner).
They are exclusively binding unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.
2. General Provisions
2.1 All functional and personal designations used in these terms apply equally to all genders.
2.2 The agreed services will only be provided after the client has signed the informed consent form.

3. Information and Disclaimer
3.1 All methods offered within the scope of the activity as an energy practitioner are energetic treatments/support services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or therapy, nor a substitute for psychotherapeutic examination or treatment.
In case of doubt, please consult a medical doctor or therapist.
3.2 It is expressly stated that no authorization to perform medical activities exists. No services are provided that fall within the legally regulated fields of medical professions, physiotherapy, or regulated trades such as life and social counseling (including nutritional counseling) or massage, unless a separate professional qualification and corresponding legal authorization (business license) exists.
3.3 The client declares that they voluntarily make use of the services and independently provide all relevant information regarding their energetic condition, including information about ongoing medical treatment, pregnancy, or any other physical conditions or impairments.
3.4 Confidentiality is maintained regarding each session and all personal data and information entrusted in the course of professional practice.
4. Appointments
4.1 If an agreed appointment cannot be kept, it must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email, allowing appropriate scheduling adjustments for other clients.
If cancellation is not made in time, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
4.2 If a client fails to appear without prior cancellation, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1 Vital Chiropraktik operates within the framework of the free trade “Energy Practitioner” and is VAT exempt based on the professional title “Doctor of Chiropractic.”
5.2 All stated prices include all applicable taxes and charges.
5.3 Unless otherwise agreed, payment for services is due at the end of each session and can be made in cash or by card.
Outstanding invoices may also be processed via the Stripe payment platform.
5.4 If more than two years have passed since the last appointment, the next appointment will be treated and charged as an initial consultation. Any existing advance payments will be credited toward future appointments.
6. Data Protection
6.1 The client agrees that, for the purpose of business processing, their name, address, revenue and invoice data, as well as payment and accounting data, may be stored in the data processing system.
6.2 Data transfers will only take place in accordance with legal provisions and within the scope of payment transactions. All personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
